Yes, as you intelligently surmised, those cannisters may very well have been from the new 200,000 units of the Pawtizer shipment to the AAPT DC warehouse. Yes, I think they smell dog food and more importantly I think they may be "smelling" future AAPT profits when the AAPT revenue figures are eventually released. :)
