I think that those "characters" must think that while the S-1 is in review...everything stops. LOL..for all we know, management has been very shrewd to use the S-1 as cover to complete certain deals, so that when they become effective...we might have higher production along with so many other pending issues. per the CC. No one knows. Only the insiders do. Until then, it's a wait game. But, if you can't see the risk/reward at this point with ARET, well, then you either have an agenda, are just depressed that you didn't sell at 8.50, or just plain stupid. If you look at Apple...it traded within a very tight range for 15 years...same for MSFT...same for most stocks...we might have over shot on the upside, but, we are way under valued on the down side. Trading at years earnings...lol..

3-4 is a fair price today...we'll get there. And if news is as good as we believe it will be..it won't take much time either :)
