We are all speculating of what has been the motive to close the deal, and we are sure that the deal shall be closed.
Of course we are speculating also. One thing is for sure, management shall avoid dilution at all costs, on the end of the day, thy are protection their own interests in the first place, we would do the same.
Financing is no problem any more, take that as a fact.
A friend came with some valid questions about, final commission of a idle sitting plant, but the most important question was ..... competition.
We know, based on writings from Kevin Chen and others, that the main suppliers so far are small independent refiners. The Huajie area is the back garden of the big state run players, is there a change of mind wait and see.
