USDA/RUS has a year to year budget

USDA 2012 BUDGET $690 MILLION DOLLARS.

As far as the "OTOW" loan/funding application I believe it
can go on and on until Mr Kazia gets it done.

As of late Mr Kazia has been quiet on the matter.
Maybe you would have better luck than me by sending
Mr Kazia an e-mail inquiring about the $33 Million USDA/RUS
LOAN/FUNDING.

When my computer begins to be more cooperative and time permits
I will continue to find out what I can.(sorry,not more helpful)
