Hello My Friends - I am back from the far east ! Looks like they heard us and canceled the reverse split. I sure hope that most here held or bought more but I fear that many may have been "shaken out" by the original 8K.

The only question that I have would be authorized shares...does that part stick and is it 10 Billion or still 5 Billion ??

I am jet lagged but can tell you that the fertilizer business is WAY WAY bigger over there than any of us would have guessed. GLTA
