I also think by Christmas, latest, we will have a tender offer from a suitor, or even a buyout of GTGP from GTHI, to prevent us from going through the conventional process of getting out of the greys which could take some time... Jim wouldn't tarnish his reputation as it was told to me, and having his loyal shareholders/friends/fam. involved, we will have significant value for our shares on both sides of the front... There is just way too much value at stake here for it just to whither away...

And between now and Christmas(where I think we'll have our gthi shares "ipo'd", we'll not only have a solution for GTGP, but our earnings based on obtaining contracts after contracts, our EPS can exceed over $2.00+ by then... jmo
