Interesting QA so far and I'm glad they directly answered some of my questions, my email was not sent in vain ! 
I note they say they anticipate to reach OTCQX by mid-2013.
Now I know it does not only depends on the company and there will probably be unexpected delays, problems etc. But it means that they do think the PPS can reach (and remain above) $0.10 around March 2013 or earlier (as one of the requests for OTCQX is 3 months above this value). And they believe they can achieve that without another R/S.
Promising stuff indeed.
