i have google alert for BION, so any article or news that mention "Bio Nitrogen" is email to me, so this link was emailed to me today: http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=79938638

issuing shares? they cannot issue shares to build plant, i think they are either getting a loan, or issuing bonds - read the management discussion and analyses again. also i think there was a clue in the minutes of the meeting of hardee county.

account receivable, i can't say, but i think it may be from their auditors or SEC; don't forget that BION are also working towards the uplisting of BION from pink if i can remember reading it months back.
again these are just my understanding/perception of things
