Can the co. cash in those extra shares on the GM, call it quits and the dynamic duo retire happily ever after in Argentina?

Or is this an extra savvy move by the CEO to get MSE at a bargain basement price...
Based on the last PPS before suspension?
Or the lowest price on the Grey mkt when trading resumes?
