Granted, this has been discussed before, but I'm reading one of the stock books I've purchased recently.. "One Up on Wall Street" - Peter Lynch.. And he's talking about asset plays. Companies in which you know that the value of the land or other assets a company owns are not priced into the stock..

Shouldn't the value of our facility alone merit a higher price per share for the company? Not to mention adding ANOTHER facility?
