JC good post, but the blogger does seem to be in the dark but speculating there maybe a light (maybe he smokes) at the end of the deal. Nevertheless, I'll submit he's been more often right than not. That said, the contract goes through, congradulations to whom are holders. Should it turn out to all be Complete fallacy, then lets hope legal action occurs.

Global Technology turned out to be a "penny stock" pump and dump corporation now blocked from trading and under Security and Exchange Commission scrutiny. If you read their hundreds of daily chats with one another - their information and logic - and their constant bombardment with corporate "pumpers" who try to peddle worn out delayed information garbage - you see a cross between greed and stupid. So far - they haven't been able to close a deal with MSE and that seems fiercely improbable in the future. While it is difficult to imagine MSE leaders as victims in the deal - that seems to be the case.
