Stock volatility is presenting a good last chance to buy in for cheap before we get an important update on earnings Nov.5. We will hear updates on NICO and Arctos, both of which will have good news.

Enviro. assessment is almost complete for NICO and transcripts show that it will go through! The residents just want to ensure proper stewardship is followed. When the approval comes through this stock will be much more attractive!
