I like this part: "...government was making arrangements with local and foreign companies to construct residential accommodation..."

It matches up with the 9/14 PR very nicely: "...integral part of a comprehensive construction program presented by Trillacorpe Construction (www.trillacorpeconstruction.com) and Albah Manufacturing Technologies Corporation to Ghana's top ranking military officers and other key decision makers within their Government."
