I E-mailed the SEC today with the following.

In April of 2004 the SEC suspended trading of Biocurex for reasons as outlined below. It has since been stuck on the pink sheets. I am a current stock holder in Biocurex and would like to ask if these issues have been cleared up. I as well as other stock holders are wondering why Biocurex is stuck on the pink sheets. Are there reasons within the control of the SEC that they cannot be relisted on the nasd or American exchange? If so what would it take at this point to rectify these items and be relisted on a larger exchange? Please be specific in your response.
