CHAR..
I actually bought 5000 on monday but that was also the day I sold all my O&G stocks.. Bought many positions back today,, CHAR which I bought and had a quick flip for 2500.00 including the 500 I bought for my wife has not been replaced.. I think an entry of 4.05 to 4.15 would give the proper risk reward ratio.. I owned Char briefly from 1.80 to 2.45 and never did trust the nelson structure but left a lot of money on the table... I think any hopes that CONOCO will make this a better deal for CHAR shareholders are mistaken,, In order for that to work CONOCO will have to benefit CHAR stockholders over it's own for a minority position... It just isn't going to happen..If control were to be obtained by a russian company it would not surprise me if the gov did the same with CHAR stockholders as they did LUKOIL..Ignore and use the Russian courts to facilitate.. When LUKOIL was nationalized the Russian courts ignored bids from co's outside of Russia and the stock dissappeared and the Pres was jailed...To date no compensation has been given...
