Shares of RadioShack RSH trade higher premarket after the company announced the immediate resignation of its CEO to be replaced on an interim basis by CFO Dorvin Lively. Just to recap a bit, the company has posted two straight quarterly losses and cuts its dividend as shares have nosedived 73% YTD
