Dew again is this "game over" in your opinion, there is no chance of fixing the data? There is no chance of MOS coming out better than expected?
Absolutely zero chance that the FDA or prospective partner would let them use 'fixed' data. Remember this is a company that universally spins all PRs super positive and yet they called this a "major problem".
Might the company claim some benefit apparent in 'the fixed data'? Maybe. They are extreme in their ability to 'spin', but countering that is that lawyers are now watching. Also keep in mind that there is a reasonably good chance that the 'contaminated' data wasn't broken but systematically doctored somewhere in the system (what is the chance that after 'major' random errors such good efficacy results?)
