It is unfortunate that outside, unaffiliated groups may have engaged in inappropriate activity in our stock in the past, the result of which, among other things, caused a significant drop in our stock trading price, which then limited our ability to complete a major working capital funding that had already been negotiated. No one affiliated with the Company, including its management and consultants, has engaged in any stock selling and our majority shareholder, Elan Health Services, Inc. has not sold, and cannot sell, any stock in the market due to its affiliated status.
