To those holding KMAG:

My two cents FWIW. I am not in KMAG but have been in several suspended Pennies over the years. Trust me, I know from experience it creates apprehension not knowing what the outcome will be. I also have had many PM's over the days regarding the suspension which I answer via PM and being many do not see my comments that way thus thought I would write a lengthy post here to hopefully give some info on the possibilities. This is mainly geared toward Newbies that are new to suspensions. Many others of you know some of this. Firstly suspensions are nothing new. I remember the 1st Penny I was in back in the mid 90's when it was halted. I was devastated. I've been thru a few since. Many have read on the Board that once suspended and sent to the Grey Market that they will never come back. "Never" is a bold term and for anyone to say that is misguiding IMO. While it may be tough and the fact is that a company obviously failed miserably to have got here it is unwarranted to say that one can "Never" uplist off of the Greys. Sometimes actually being suspended is a good thing for some Pennies as it gives them a "Wake up" call and they get their reporting requirements taken care of. We shall see what happens here with KMAG.

I was asked in a PM if one should sell immediately at the open upon the resumption of trading. My answer to that is no. Some actually move on up after a suspension. Some move down. Play it by Ear on the morning KMAG starts trading again and go from there. Do not assume at this point it is over and you have to sell immediately. Keep an open mind but make your OWN decision and not based on Board Posts.

I was also asked if one can trade Pennies on the "Greys" online or if one has to call in the Order. I'm with ET and they allow trading online of "Greys" with no problem. Other venues may require one to make a phone order to buy/sell.

Some are wondering if they can see daily quotes and if they are real time and updated. The answer to that is yes they are. One will see the current pps on their trading venue. There is no darkness or lague period.

Some have asked if a stock on the Greys even can trade. Of course it can and many of them do each and every day. There are many out there and in fact I will say I bought into one last Friday that had over 410 million shares traded. Greys DO TRADE!

Bottom line: Being in a suspended stock is not the end of the World like some may have been led to believe. I'm not saying this will turn out well but I am also not saying it is gloom and doom. Like I said; keep an open mind when it starts trading and make your decision from there.

Holding a stock that has been suspended creates a ton of anxiety especially if one had a larger amount in it. Many had invested money into KMAG to possibly make money for the simple reason to help pay Bills and are now devasted as they think the end is here. That may not be the case here and noone knows how this will open and trade in the days following the resumption of trading. Again, lets see how this plays out.

One thing I did by coming onboard here on Ihub a few years back was to post honest and realistic information after only reading the Boards for so many years and getting screwed. I can't say how KMAG will do but I also will not state in a one liner "That it is done". That sort of Post would do no good for anyone holding. Realism is my theory. Some like me for that and follow me and others may think I'm an Idiot. I just post what I think is right and honest.

Thanks for reading a long Post but I thought after all the Posts that one like this was due for all those holding and scared as hell here tonight about the possibility of having their money lost like some lead them to believe. KMAG WILL resume trading and the World is NOT coming to an end. The best to all holding KMAG and I truly hope this turns out well for everyone. A good night to all.
