I read this to say FEI plans to place machines in exchange for nothing more than a fixed service fee per gallon of EcoFuel produced? No up-front purchase or maintenance expense to the user? Looks like a good plan if they can fund it...since they ordered 4 machines, we must assume they were able to fund enough to get it started.

FEI will install and maintain its EcoFuel Processing Units for large fuel users such as mining, power generation and transportation companies. Each unit can be tailored to specific fuel sources (diesel, kerosene, HFO, etc.) and operations. The smallest EFP produces 18,000 gallons of EcoFuel per day, with much larger models available.

The company will provide the proprietary additive needed to increase efficiency and stabilize the EcoFuel, and will charge a service fee for each gallon of fuel produced. For an average U.S./European customer using diesel. A pricing formula has been developed for other source fuel and other geographic markets where fuel prices are higher. This fee will be indexed for inflation.

Customers will need to supply the source fuel, plus the water and electricity needed for the EFP. No changes or upgrades in equipment or source fuel are necessary, and very little capital costs are required.
