Slow indeed, but at least the chart is holding up in the mean time. With a setup as strong as this thanks to a whole boat load of accumulation, it'll go nuts and run like the wind on the first sign of news from the company. Imo, we could see it start to creep up in the mean time and even start to breakout on it's own, after all the stock has been uptrending for the entire calendar year and not because of any PR. There are only so many shares available at each trading level, and when they get soaked up, the stock moves up to the next range. After a few series of that type of action, the moves tend to get steeper and steeper.
