regarding your comment about the real estate bubble, its sure evident in the southwest, but it will be a good time to buy the repos from these interest only clowns , a few yrs down the road.
i also thought it was funny that lennox builders was added to s&p instead of google, but who am i to say.
my market cap is less than 5 million!!!!!!!!!!
