just read ur post/thread. i was curious since i'm STUCK w/some dutv shares from years ago. AND of course the hefty 5% DIVIDEND AND spin off shares of the made up co. (DIGI) lol, etc.

from what I can see/find out is half of TORQ's website doesn't function.
just like dutv's site is all OLD stuff. and not flattering stuff at that, since people can see NONE the stuff materialized. BUT they 'are a leader in open pie holes or whatever'...

BUT that's the way it is i guess when ur a one man operation as seems to be the case w/ McHenry (and TORQ?).
the two "company's" seemed made for each other.

AND, HOW does a company LOSING $ ACQUIRE a Co. supposedly posting $16m in revenue ?!
NOW, THAT'S some smart deal making!!

will be an interesting watch. i can't believe McHenry can still even have a ticker symbol. if i'm proven wrong, i'll admit it.

BUT i've been beaten by the McHenry before. he was saying pretty much the SAME stuff as the recent 'news'.

it never happened. it wasn't real.
