You might be right, but I don't see that as real news. What happened with the last batch of patents? Stock went down with every settlement or judgment. Doesn't make sense that the market would see USPTO stuff as valuable given the outstanding markman and histoy.
Nunchi? "Opinions" vary.
But the stock seems stablized at 06, which is where we were hoping it would never be again a year ago.
I'm sure more surprises are coming, I just hate to imagine what they might be.
