How come? Pls don't get me wrong but Apdn got caught in my radar due to the good PPS trend but I was shocked from the fillings

Outstanding is huge, revenue is so less, loss is big . . How can it trade at .2+?

The market cap is more than $120M based on current outstanding and PPS . Where the company doesn't generate more than $3M per year . . The annual loss is 3 times the revenue if we forecast Q2 . . What is this all about!!!!

Are they shares locked up by insiders ???
