I didn't say the SEC approves filings. I said that audited financials will help move them off the grays and if you read what I wrote, when I said satisfy the SEC I mean give them the answers they are asking for.

If the SEC is satisfied, trading resumes but in the grays. Jeff's only option once the SEC is satisfied is to do a certified audit to get the company off the grays.
