The FDA is not going to drag its feet or drag anything else if the numbers show statistically significant survival in one or both or pooled treatment groups. We're all here (and there) trying to apply the rule of reason to reconstructing a shipwreck caused in part by a faulty fathometer when all brass on board were "blinded" by the dark. I imagine the FDA has vetted the 3rd party at fault. It's at least partly their problem, not all PPHM's. Today's market results tend to reinforce (the usual) overshoot in the downside yesterday, and the early morning tide appears to have lifted good ship PPHM off the shoals. Patches being applied...
