OT: MSFT rant

Dill MSFT could turn this around if they would be willing to adapt to a new reality that better software exists at significantly less cost. If they would cut their premium prices and recognize that Open Source isn't going away anytime soon they have a good chance to keep the status quo. Microsofts reorganization is a good first step but without MSFT Open Sourcing some of their product and rewriting code for security sake you can expect the competition to keep chipping away at their business for years to come.
