R3, I am stumped by Philly also. Clarity on the status would be defining. Not sure if it would be good or bad. Enlisting the support and services of a knowledgable team is key to achieving any potential for an aspiring company, whether BOD or BOA. As you pointed out, the lack of clarity is confusing.
The key IMHO, is that SP has lost credibility over the past 2 years resulting in skepticism and scrutiny regarding any announcement. The follies of financial releases, delays and lack of timely follow up and/or follow through on specific company actions are damaging.
For these reasons, I have chosen to follow TIVU the stock more so than Tivus the company. While I hold only a sliver of hope for the latter, even the former is becoming dim.
The financial dilemma which SP has been challenged with has been devastating to either perspective. The onslaught of massive dilution has killed and stymied any momentum and opportunity here, at this point.
It will take massive news and action to move Tivus or an RS.
