EXPU-(0.0006) Expert Group, Inc. Announces Change of Business Direction into Bottling Pure Mountain High-Altitude High-Alkaline Spring Water
Expert Group, Inc. (the Company) (OTC: EXPU) is pleased to announce that it finalized a licensing deal with Pleasant Springs Farms to Bottle Pure Mountain High-Altitude High-Alkaline Spring water.
"We have been pursuing a number of business opportunities and we feel that now is the perfect time to enhance shareholder value by entering the water bottling sector," stated Robert Rico, President. "We are excited about the potential and interest being generated in the water bottling business worldwide and we are further pleased with our current negotiations," Mr. Robert Rico also stated.
Under the terms of this agreement Mr. Al Culbreth will be appointed as new CEO Pleasant Springs Farms, Inc. a Georgia corporation that has been bottling high alkaline pure spring mountain water since 1995. The company has been the water of choice for three presidential terms and has been distributed in over 48 states.
The Company finalized negotiations on September 21, 2012, and will provide press release information as it becomes available.
