No prob...its alot to take in ...bottom line IMO this is probably the best type of financing deal you can get for a pink because you can back out at any time, if for instance you get a better deal on the table you can do it or EXIT if someone wants to come in and buy you out etc....

I am stupid, do not pay attention to me or my posts...do not make buying or selling decisions based on my banter at all ...I am a negative person by nature and at best an amature investor. Hope everybody makes money here.
