What a joke this statement is, just showing how much criminal energy "John Thomas Montgomery" has:

Here is what really happened:

5/1/2011 — John Thomas Montgomery, an ex-BudGenius employee, registered a similarly named corporation under false pretenses. BudGenius.com terminated Mr. Montgomery on 4/8/2011 for falsifying test results.

The servers are located in the USA, not overseas as "John Thomas Montgomery" claimed!!
