The FDA/DEA are slow, deliberate, and cautious to give approvals as shareholders are finding out. Last CC was on Aug 15, 2012 when JT, CD & CW talked about recently completed FDA/DEA inspections and receiving verbal approvals for manufacturing suites as well as tech-transfers and products. In addition packaging in the new 15K sq ft facility was just approved for Lodrane OTC with more to come.

The FDA/DEA inspections happened in late July thru early Aug just prior to the Aug 15 CC. The verbal approvals were clear and concise. The pharmaceutical industry knows that FDA/DEA formal documented hard-copy approvals are received within 3 months following verbal approval depending on the FDA/DEA staff workload. The 3 months time-span is just prior to Nov 15.
