Shares of Tesla Motors TSLA fall 7.5% premarket after the company warns that Model S deliveries will be lower than anticipated. Though higher labor costs and manufacturing inefficiencies are cited as drags on Q3 margins with production slowed, Tesla says in Q4 margins will turn positive as cost efficiencies register with Model S volume back on track.
