Todays NT 10K can be taken two different ways:

/1/ a Negative Late Again or

/2/ a Positive 2011 Loss 3,816,028 to 2012 Loss 712,000 about a 75 % Improvement.

Speculating, Fourth Quarter in the 10K may hold some key data along with disclosures..

More Speculation, Maybe some end users are experiencing TQD's while Dr Wong's patent gets finalized..
