White collar crime comes in all shapes and sizes...

The problem here may not be the tech mined, industrious dude from India. It is the people that provided the financing IMO.

They have the money and there is no getting it back. This same group has at least three publicly traded stocks going right now. All the same scenario.

I suggest every one spend several hours discerning how toxic penny stock funding works. Tons of convertible shares are issued for close to no money. The financiers short the heck out of the stock endlessly, in anticipation of converting..I never got it until I watched this stock everyday for two years. And studied mob mentality and the coming and going of obvious pumpers associated with the so called financier.

Pink sheets are a fraudsters play ground. Maybe that was the only place Shiva could get funding, he may gave got stuck just like us, but this time around shareholders get squat. Shiva will be fine.
He'll loan the company money, the Co, tivus will default then he will be the owner of the company again when he buys it at auction. Heck he'll probably be the only one to show up to the auction. Lol.

Best of luck!

I'm done here forever:)

Anything else I type regarding Tivus might be a deposition.

Take care.
