Yes..... But I think the price would need to be much higher for AGS to sell up to $50mil worth of shares... Otherwise they'd sell themselves into no-bid land. I'd say a possible r/s is in play. Or there's something else going on, hopefully in favor of pps without a r/s. I'm holding some OTOW, but I'm just sayin.... $50mil of equity at .0005 pps? Um, hmmm, that's a boatload of toilet paper. See what happens, I guess.
