Even though this proposed site is not to be built from ground up, the above article is quite interesting.

FWIW, had a contractor in my hometown look at MDCE print and pictures and give a WAG on cost per foot for medical facility as he has built and renovated some. The key is the word medical, that appearently instantly add costs. His take in our town was 200$/sq foot to renovate etc and build areas for medical etc.. as a wild A** guess as print does not show layout. He remarked how small the spaces looked for a medical/dental clinic. Who knows the average cost to renovate to medical office space per sq ft in Shenzen? Im curious.

Does not include medical equipment of course.

BTW, I dont think what Im seeing on new print is the size we have seen stated in PR's.
