They knew because they were notified up to two weeks in advance of the coming halt. The shareholders didn't know because your fearless leader said nothing. They've been taking your money for months by diluting the crap out of the pps until the SEC stepped in and put a lock on their private ATM machine. This will never recover, kiss your money goodbye.
