Lerx that issue was how that company worded its press release which stated they had gold "resources" in hand - which they did not - .....it had nothing to do with AGS Capital Groups lending to the co. .......so there is no relevance in your posting implying AGS did something wrong in that situation. Here is that co's press release correcting the issue- guess you didnt see this.

Clarification of the Status of Gold Estimates for the Siguiri Property

CHEYENNE, WY, June 22, 2012 (GlobeNewswire) – Strategic Mining Corp (the “Company”; OTCBB: SMNG) announces a clarification of potentially misleading wording used in its press release dated May 24, 2012 and titled “Strategic Mining Corp. Achieves $5 Million Reserve Equity Financing from AGS Capital Group.” In that press release, the phrase “development and production of the placer gold resources already identified by past efforts” was used and incorrectly implied that compliant gold “resources” have been defined for the Company’s Siguiri property in Guinea. Under NI 43-101 and CIM guidelines for defining mineral resources and reserves, the term “resource” only can be used for resources where quantities, grades, and classifications have been determined through sufficient geological and engineering examinations and estimation of such resources. The Siguiri property does not have historical resource estimates and has not had sufficient work performed on it to support compliant resource determinations for placer gold occurrences. There are areas of past and present artisanal workings in alluvial gold occurrences within the Siguiri property. However, these placer occurrences have not been sampled or otherwise investigated sufficiently to define compliant resources. The Company plans to perform additional exploration work on the Siguiri property in 2012 to better delineate gold deposits.
