This letter, like all the other documents, is geared toward a distribution out of the BK Estate Assets. Equity interest will not receive a pennie out of the BK Estate Assets. Our money is in LAMCO ($47.1B).

Even if we do not receive a distribution on October 1, 2012, the paperwork is being put in place for a possible future distribution.
