why wouldn't "they" want to get to fleshing this thing out?! and get the company rolling.

it's (basically) all set up and ready to go.

that the thing that concerns me personally.

if Homeclick IS involved that's a good thing, imo.
and they'd already have something to build upon the Foreman name.
