Yes and the difference is that JH did it with legal opinions and substantial support documentation. Any second rate attempts by GL at this point to simply appoint himself anything will be squashed. I truly suggest that now that he is out of the way that he cease any other activities and become part of the group uniting for the betterment and opportunity of the company. JH has access to capital and compliance support. Email him and you will become convinced as I have. There are no pie in the sky promises but there is competence and purpose. Methodically and legally they have proven the merits of there authority and have prevailed. It is time to move forward. GL never had a legitimate claim and now has probably opened himself up to legal ramifications by doing what he did. I do not fault him for trying to do something when it appeared nothing was being done. But his time too has passed and for me the issue has been definitively settled.
