We should be troubled about the announcement TIME !

According SEC announcements before 7:30 do NOT result in a halt. They announced it just at 7:30, resulting in an halt (because you can trade 4 hours upfront on Nasdaq) and see a tremendous drop in PPS. This lights up like a Christmas tree an all consoles (well it did on mine).

They would have done it during Market Hours they breaker would have stopped us several times after the halt and make shorters vulnerable. We would have gone down, maybe to 4 or 3.5$ because less stops would be hit and because less save shorting possibilities. We have seen 3 or 4 times now that a short raid doesn't harm the stock UNLESS the shorters can recover on volume of sellers when they close their position, in that case they don't bring the pps back up themselves.

Yet here, with this "can go both ways" news they announce 1 Hour earlier then the earliest announcement they ever done in the past, in the middle of their night, creating the perfect setup to bring the pps down, and yet no problem for 38Milj shares to find a new buyer, of which 10Milj before market opening.

For that I have a ton of shares that still have to vote, so do some friends, and only for this timing, even if the data improves because that is a 50% possibility and given the patients are still alive a good one, we will vote against their voting advise.

They possibly are not responsible for the 3rd party but they are responsible for AGAIN not taking into account the stock holders and not hesitating to lay the announcements cards the WORST possible while it would have cost them nothing to wait 2 more hours. They did an equally bad and uncomprehending timing with the 1st line lung cancer announcement too and it brought us to 0.40 cent.

But with a sleeping SEC what do they risk! Nothing, absolutely nothing! All IMO.
