Our shares still exist. I've got a tracking number in my accounts to reflect that fact. Just because they are no longer allowed to trade on the market doesn't mean that they are not there any more.

They are the equivilent to shares held in a privately held company - except for the fact that we have no idea what the value (if any) standing behind them is at this stage.

They may indeed never trade again. I would agree - it is extremely unlikely that they will trade ever. But they exist. We are still shareholders.

IF there is money to be garnered in sale of our patent or via damages in trial - we get some of it (if it is enough).
