old ceo was a crook and is with holding company records that the doc needs to complete the filings , they have bee granted an extension

getting current is a priority of the Doc , he will get it done
that has been stated by him

that $15 mil will be turned into a $100 mil some day ...lol
that investor knows what comming here

my money is right w/ them also ....lol

the PPS increse is how the Doc will pay himself back also
