You make valid points here pdgoldy1 and I just may email Mr. Reid but I will keep confidence in terms of any discussions with him unless he wants to share anything.

Also, I am a long KMAG investor having done my own research on KMA Global and having confidence in what I have learned and thus the potential future of this company and its CEO.

Yes, of course, I am hopeful Mr. Reid will handle this SEC issue well and not only for the interests of KMA Global but current shareholders who have been supportive. I have no reason to believe this has all been a scam.

I've been invested in mostly blue chip stocks for more than two decades and in a few pennies in the past two or three years. I've discovered that once in a blue moon, you can come across a penny that may some day become a blue chip (if not bought out and its leaders want to go that route). I understand that shareholders (whether investors or traders) in the pennies are making the market right now but if a company grows and has a future, its product eventually pays shareholders.

Some have spoken about the emotional factor... I am human and when I've researched a company and stock, I cannot help but have feelings about it whether negative or positive in order to believe... and if it is positive, and I believe, I will put my money where my mouth is. Like all, I have had problems... in life and in investing... but for the most part, I have been fortunate as well as blessed, and enjoy what I do. I invest with my eyes open and what I can... have no one to answer to but God, and I know what I have.

I have no reason to spread lies or negativity, stray anyone anywhere about a stock like KMAG... one can believe in it or not!

All the best to you and KMAGgers!
