Production$$ from a SignedUSAF contract=EASY Banks will lend against a sugned USAF contract ALL funds needed to pruduce & deliver the contract. AFPW will not need SELL/Dilute in order to rais $$. With a sugned ~$200k contract, I'll even take the contract in return for $100k to fill it.
