not only in that situation, but if you had Tax problems or they thought you had some type of tax fraud thing going on, the IRS would lock up your bank accounts and if you had a safety deposit box they would open it to see if you are hiding money or other things, they seem to do what ever they want to. don't give them the opportunity to take your things.
