Well, I have posted plenty of pics in the past showing multiple,tractor trailer loads of plastic being delivered.

My point is there is plenty of room inside and outside the current fence line.

Last spring I paid a visit to the tax assessors office in Niagara Cty. and I found out that the company actually owns all of the land beyond the fence line. I figure it adds about 60 to 70% to there existing area. Plenty of space to store plastic, add structure...

Rauber seems pretty sharp, I doubt he will waste his assets. When he feels the time is right, that land and it's access to Hyde Park Blvd, will be utilized to the max. At the moment, Rauber will make everything run as efficiently as possible with the focus being on maximum possible production and revenue.

Since his arrival, there have been changes that can be seen from outside. The plant is much more orderly, clean...whatever you want to call it. Everything is by the book. Bogolin is focused on employee safety. Both are installing a higher level of professionalism, with focus on becoming a big league company.

Personally, I am confident they will get it done. But I am able to see the place on a daily basis if I choose. So I see things from a different perspective than other 100's of miles away. I like what I see. Is it as fast as I would like? Hell no. But it's coming, soon.
